Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which
DoctorScore, operated by Ayra Enterprises LLP (“DoctorScore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”),
offers cancellations and refunds for digital services such as credit score checks, credit reports,
and membership plans (“Services”).
1. Nature of Services
DoctorScore provides digital, instant-delivery services related to credit score analysis
and reports. No physical products are shipped to you. Once a credit report is generated or a plan
is activated, the service is considered delivered.
2. Cancellation of Orders

Credit Score / Credit Report:
Orders for credit score or credit report services cannot be cancelled once the request has been successfully submitted and processing has started, as we immediately incur costs with our partners.

Membership Plans / Subscriptions:
You may request cancellation of a membership plan before the plan is activated or before any report/benefit under that plan has been used.
Once the plan is activated or any included benefit is utilized, cancellation for a refund is generally not permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, misuse of the platform, or payment issues. In such cases, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Duplicate Transaction:
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

Payment Success but Service Not Delivered:
If the payment is successful but you do not receive access to the purchased service within a reasonable time, and our team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be processed.

Technical Error:
In case of a technical issue on our Platform resulting in non-provision of the service you paid for, we may initiate a refund after investigation.
Note: Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect information entered by you, or dissatisfaction with results where the service has been correctly delivered.
4. Refund Process and Timelines
- You must raise a refund request by writing to support@doctorscore.in within 3 days of the transaction.
- Your request should contain your full name, registered mobile number, email address, transaction ID, payment date, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once we receive all required details, we will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank or payment gateway’s processing timelines.
5. Chargebacks
We request you to contact us at support@doctorscore.in to resolve any payment or service-related issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your access to DoctorScore.
